Don't discard an old property full of the last tenant or past owners reusable items! they could be used for the next generation or a low income family that just spent their last dime to aquire an apartment or house. Newer clean clothing, shoes, kitchenware, clean reusable furniture, lawn equipment etc can bless a family, single mom, or student starting a new adventure in life.
